Our founders' journey: From Harvard students to residential and commercial property owners. Over 60 years of community & tradition.

What started as a shared ambition between two Harvard students—saving hard-earned money to purchase their first apartments—has grown into a 50+ year commitment to thoughtful ownership, ongoing reinvestment, and long-term stewardship across the Greater Cambridge and Boston region.


The Apartment People is a real estate investment, ownership, and property management organization focused on residential and select commercial properties throughout Boston and the surrounding neighborhoods.


We own and manage properties in prime locations near Boston’s major universities, colleges, and hospitals—making our apartments an excellent fit for students, faculty, healthcare professionals, and long-term residents who value convenience and accessibility.
